Eric Coonrod – Managing Partner
Eric Coonrod is the Founder and Managing Partner of Integral Capital Advisors, LLC. Eric has over 18 years of experience originating and executing transactions in the Health & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Consumer, and Healthcare Services sectors. He is the proud father of two beautiful girls, resides in Pasadena, California, and enjoys reading, working out, painting with his girls, and riding his motorcycle when time permits. Eric graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Business Administration and is registered with FINRA holding the Series 79 and 63 licenses.

Tarek Elmasry– Senior Vice President
Tarek Elmasry is a Senior Vice President at Integral Capital Advisors, LLC with 7 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Integral in 2021, Tarek worked at Cascadia Capital and McCafferty & Co, where he assisted in executing deals across the Health & Wellness, Technology, Transportation & Logistics, and Media sectors. Prior to a career in finance, Tarek was an SH-60 helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy. Tarek graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Tarek is registered with FINRA and holds the Series 79 and 63 licenses and is also a CFA charterholder.

Johnny Lee – Senior Analyst
Johnny Lee is a Senior Analyst at Integral Capital Advisors, LLC with 3 years of experience across banking, venture capital and startup. Prior to joining Integral in 2023, Johnny worked at Thrasio, the largest Amazon Aggregator backed by Silver Lake. He worked on consumer product investments in the e-commerce space in the sub-$100M revenue range. Prior to Thrasio, he worked at Trans-Pacific Technology Fund, where he conducted deal due diligence and deal sourcing for B2B SaaS companies. He started off the finance career as a Management Associate at KGI Securities in Asia Pacific. Johnny graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC-Irvine.
